- Log in to your bank's website
- Go to your account transactions
- Find “Download” or “Export” — choose CSV or OFX
- Select the date range you want

Before you use Restore mode
Restore mode imports every row as new — even rows identical to transactions already in your account.
- Use it only for re-importing a CSV exported from Voice Money Manager.
- Do not use it on a bank statement you may have imported before — those transactions would be double-imported.
- We still scan and tell you how many rows look like existing transactions, but nothing gets unchecked.
- If something goes wrong, use Undo on the batch under Recent imports.
