Paying your credit card from your chequing account isn't an expense — it's money moving between two accounts you own. Recording it that way keeps both balances honest. Voice Money Manager makes it a one-click affair.
On import: we spot them for you
When a statement line looks like a card payment or account transfer — PAYMENT TO PC MASTERCARD, TRANSFER TO, an e-Transfer — we automatically set the row's Type to Transfer and pre-pick the matching destination account, flagged in amber for you to confirm.
Or set it yourself
Set any row's Type to Transfer and its category box becomes a “Transfer to…” picker. Choose the destination account and on import it's saved as a single transfer that reconciles on the destination — no category needed, and never double-counted.
Adding a transfer by hand
On the Transactions screen, add or edit a transaction, choose Transfer, and a Transfer to field appears. Pick the account the money is going to and you're done. Transfer rows show a small → destination chip so you can see where the money went at a glance.
A transfer always moves money from one of your accounts to another — the destination must be different from the source. That's all it takes to keep every balance reconciled.
Talk to your money.
