Subscription Terms

Effective: June 10, 2026
These Subscription Terms cover paid plans for Voice Money Manager (for example, Pro). They add to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; if there's any conflict about a paid plan, these terms win. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

A. Plans & what you get

VMM offers a free Basic plan and paid plans that unlock more. Pro currently includes higher monthly receipt scans, tax breakdown (HST/GST/PST), all currencies, unlimited history, PDF export, vendor analytics, and a larger encrypted vault. Plan contents and limits are shown in-app and may change; we'll describe the current offering at the time you subscribe.

In short: Free gets you going; Pro unlocks the power features. Current details live in the app.

B. Pricing & billing

  • Pro pricing: $9.99 USD / month, or $99.90 USD / year (about two months free). Taxes may apply.
  • Your billing period starts the day you subscribe and auto-renews (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
  • Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe; mobile subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google and also governed by their terms.
  • You authorize us (or Apple/Google) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Keep your payment details current.
In short: Pick monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel. Yearly saves you roughly two months.

C. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime — in Settings if you subscribed on the web, or in your Apple/Google account if you subscribed on mobile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.

In short: Cancel whenever; you keep what you paid for until the period ends.

D. What happens to your data

Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your history. Receipts you've already scanned stay in your books as transactions, and your documents stay in your vault. You simply lose access to Pro-only features (like extra monthly scans or PDF export) until you upgrade again.

In short: Your past work is safe. You only lose the premium extras going forward.

E. Refunds & failed payments

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially-used periods. If a payment fails, we'll allow a short grace period and retry before access is suspended. For purchases made through Apple or Google, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

F. Free trials

We may offer a free trial of Pro from time to time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current rate. We'll make the trial terms clear when we offer one.

G. Changes

We may change plan features or pricing; we'll give reasonable notice (at least 30 days for price increases where required), and the change applies from your next renewal. If you don't accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
