- Do the heavy lifting. Review the month, import bank statements, run financial reports, and fix any stragglers with a full keyboard and plenty of screen.
- Close the laptop — keep capturing. Anything you edit on desktop shows up on your phone, so you are right back to voice-logging on the go.
A real example
It is the last day of the month. All month you logged expenses by voice — the gas fill-ups, the client lunches, the hardware store runs — in a couple of seconds each, without breaking stride. Now you pour a coffee, open the web app on your laptop, and sign in.
